ECA Global, a worldwide organization of human rights’ activists who focus on children’s and victims’ rights joining in common cause to compel the Church to end clerical abuse, especially child sexual abuse, proposes what has to be accomplished by Pope Francis and the bishops at the summit from 21 to 24 February in Vatican, to begin to resolve the clergy abuse and cover up crisis. Our three major goals and talking points are:
– zero tolerance of clerical abuse enacted as universal church law.
– zero tolerance of cover up I enacted as universal church law
– establishment of an Independent Vatican Truth Commission
